• Contact, demo, newsletter, and ROI calculator fields (name, work email, company, message)
• Booking details when you schedule a demo
• Product analytics events via the website gateway (page views, CTA clicks, experiment exposures)
• Technical logs required for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability

3. How we use data

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver demos, improve the site, measure marketing attribution, personalize non-sensitive modules, and protect our services. Server-side integrations may send leads to Keos CRM and events to Keos Growth and Analytics.

4. Legal bases

Depending on your region, we rely on legitimate interests, contract performance, and/or consent (for example cookies requiring consent). You may withdraw consent where applicable.

5. Sharing

We use processors for hosting (Cloudflare), CMS (Sanity), and Keos product backends. We do not sell personal information. Transfers outside your region use appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

Marketing leads are retained according to CRM retention policies. Analytics events are retained for aggregation windows documented in Keos Analytics. You may request earlier deletion where required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection. Contact privacy@keos.co.

8. Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including TLS in transit, least-privilege secrets on Workers, and signed lead webhooks.
